Office and quoting hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 13:00. Event operating hours are Monday to Thursday until 23:00, Friday and Saturday until 01:00 and Sunday until 22:30 unless the venue licence is earlier.

Standard travel radius is 35 miles from Wakefield. Travel outside the included 15 mile radius is charged at £1.10 per mile each way and quoted before booking.

Terms Summary

The Short Version Before You Email

Bookings require a £100 non-refundable date reservation payment.
Balance is due 14 days before the event by bank transfer.
Minimum booking is 3 hours on site for a disco and £180 for lighting-only hire.
Set-up takes 75 minutes for Classic disco, 2 hours for wedding package with uplighters and 45 minutes to clear down.
Safe vehicle access, indoor cover, power and a level 3m by 2m performance area are required.
Venues can request public liability insurance and PAT documents directly by email.
